it's never the best hotel, i've had some bad experiences, harrahs entertainment is letting their properties deteriorate. i've stayed at the imperial where drug addicts were doing cocaine in the elevator, elevators weren't working and you had to lug your luggage up and down the stairs and no one fixed it for the whole week we were their, another time a guy that stunk, walked around asking for a dollar, and security didn't do anything.

And yes, he was snooty, but he can talk....my £1500 a month London flat could fit entirely into my bathroom here in the states for half the cost.

You snooty british snob! I stayed there last week for $20.00 a night... and I GOT UPGRADED too the LOVE TUB SUITE... it was great, huge comfy king size bed, roman tub in my living room, balcony.. plasma screetn TV, and the room smelled great! I was more than satisfied..

Absolutely Dead Right!...stayed here for a week,yes,a week!...and hated it! it was recommended by the Co-Op Travel Agents in Aberdeen...(you know,good with food!) The rooms supposedly were refurbished, only if you paid extra for them apparently. We went to the Embers restaurant...it was so dark we couldnt see anything. My brother in law couldnt read the menu, it was that dark!...the kitchen must have been the same, all the steaks we ordered were cooked the wrong way...bleeding or burnt! Rubbish!

Please check out my video. I thought I was alone and sadly enough i wish i would have seen this video prior to booking or at the least prior to my arrival so i could be prepared... but i guess i may have thought you were exaggerating. I can't believe this place is still in business It's unsanitary and I want my freakin money back! I left with 4 bug bites and $15 coupon to eat at their diner. WTF lol thanks for your video please share mine with EVERYONE THIS IS THEIR WARNING!!!

I read that the former owner (and founder) of the Imperial Palace may have been a nazi sympathizer, he apparently had a lot of nazi memorabilia and what have you, even holding a Hitler birthday bash at the IP.
