YouTube'd for posterity.

Old clip comparing hit detection between DoD on GoldSrc versus DoD on Source. Shows effects of over-sized hitboxes and sv_clienttrace variable. GoldSrc clip taken with default sv_clienttrace value (3.5).

  • Dod 1.3 will always be the best version of DoD.

  • When they're moving though, in Source, that's when the hitboxes fail.

  • why u kill friendlys and the friendlys are americans?

    best weapons??maybe

  • who cares about hit detection, that guy is a team killer!

  • no pedobear is correct, he stinks at dods though

  • @BiGAnZz no way!!

  • @MrLegendarypedobear No, that only applies for the first shot.

  • @kingplutoxiao1 If you knew anything about guns you would know when up close and when you take your time to aim like what he did is completely accurate, if you think it's as inaccurate as a 1800's musket then go ahead think that.

  • If some of you bastards new anything about ww2s guns, they aren't as accurate as modern day guns. Thats one of the many reasons why DoD 1.3 beats Source.

  • if i was that guy i wouldn't want him shooting through my legs so close to my groin like that

  • @BiGAnZz Nop

  • @StrictlyBG they need it to be able to reach to our skill level :D
