I don't feel like making a MOC video about him, so I'll just put his biography here. Biography:
Veleno was once a normal Skrall. He was in the same class as Tuma, and if he would die Veleno would take his place. One day, when leading a group of Skrall, he decided to scout ahead. He was more of a loner, and time alone gave him time to plan. When he was out of earshot of the others, a Venom Parasite ambushed him. Veleno barely escaped with his life. The venom from the parasite caused his body to mutate, giving him power over acid and venom. He wields a Skrall blade with poison tips and a thornax launcher. The thornax launcher was modified to shoot spheres of acid.
