I don't think it is that black and white.As you say, humans are diverse- you can therefore not generalise what 'qualities' certain people have or not. But what I like about this speech, is that is offers good advise to anyone willing to listen to the words. It simply shows that determination and following your passions are important to your happiness in life, and that there are many ways in which you can achieve your goals.
