This my friend is pure capitalism at it's best! When you have a free society you can do as you like for whatever reason (well, within certain legal guidelines...blah blah blah). That needs to come to market. I will take two, cuz my sig other wouldn't let me be the only one cruising in style. KUDOS

looks like it's self built. It's not all that expensive to build one. Biggest factor can be the batteries.
