Sorry sir, but the massive BS in your comments overwhelms me. Sounds to me like you're 12 and your daddy has a cobra and a mach1 OR maybe you're talking about a mach and cobra poster you have in which the cobra looks like its much faster. You dont own anything.

They say 305 from the factory but Ive seen stock Machs do 320 with only a CAI.
As for the engine: 4.6l DOHC with high-flow four-valve heads, higher compression, new cams (from the 5.4 Navigator, reportedly with the same lift as the '01 Cobra cams but with different overlap and duration), revised calibrations, and improved exhaust manifolds that are also port-matched to the heads.

@Mach1BluesMan Mach 1 is 320HP actually. Same engine, they just tweaked a few things and got some more power out of it.

@wesleymattison The Mach is 305hp stock as well. All around better performance though if you ask me.

Stock for stock they should run pretty close. That 96-98 Cobra was a 305 hp car and the mach is just about the same. Both sweet rides. Thanks for posting :-)
