@zooders economically no impact. however it did give the government the right to imprison people without EVER seeing a judge if suspected of terrorism when it is my rights, regardless of suspected terrorism or not to see a judge. Anyone has the right to a fair and speedy trial by jury regardless of the accusation. It's a 1st amendment limitation over the suspiscion using vague definition to what makes you a terrorist. In Bush's defense though, it was passed by a Democratic Congress.

@Cscottyjordan feed the poor is wonderful, but the "poor" bracket is placed around alot of americans. the "poor" is classified as those who make less than 17,000 dollars a year. of those 70 percent have air conditioning, 50 percent have a vehicle, 70 percent have cable or satellite dish, 65 percent have internet.
