A tutorial going over the matrix effect of fast punching with the slow-mo blur. You cant really see it well in the video though because of the slow frame rate of the video capture.

  • can you add another track for the video, as to get a "longer' blur?

  • yes, you can layer as many copies of the clip as you want to get a 'longer' blur or effect

  • how do you delete audio from a clip?

  • you have to lock the video (the lock button is on the right side of the timeline) and then select the audio and delete
