Eric Red Schafer does a wrestling workout during the fourth week of his UFC on Versus training camp. This was filmed on 2-16-10 at the Duke Roufus Academy in Milwaukee, WI. This video pays homage to "Rocky 4". Red is a grappler and sucks at striking, but he is working hard to get better. He is slow, needs to work on keeping his chin down and hands up, and has a long way to go, but oh well... He writes a weekly blog on his training camp at redschafer.net
