  • Actually, their fees are paid by the bank, but they do not work directly for any bank. This is like an insurance agency. You don't pay the, the insurer does. Many argue that their loyalty is to the bank who pays the bills, not the consumer they are supposed to help.

  • CCCS is only for those people who can afford to pay 100% of their debt ..while hoping to save their credit rating. But how about those people who cannot afford paying in full or even half the amount of their balance when negotiated by a debt settlement program? Is bankruptcy their only option?? I HOPE NOT..
