And you know? Yeah. I'm just an atheist but I think it's stupid that someone outside the religion says what the real faith in religion is. Like how they would know when they don't believe and share the same community and religious history.

I can't understand why an intelligent woman like Irshad continues to believe in 7th century middle eastern myths co-opted from the earlier myths of Judaism and Christianity.

Her desire to bring Islam into the 21st century and to blend it with justice and rational thought is a losing proposition.

Why does she continue to embrace a religion whose adherents, given a chance, would gladly stone her to death for her outspoken views and her Lesbianism. She should run and not look back.

She is repeating her self in every speech. At first i was thinking that she is trying to empower Muslim woman but no she is not good, she is after fame. She is trying to get cheap fame out of being a author of one book. if she is really sincere for Muslim women in general she would have done something for them. but no she is only repeating herself again and again. many of her things are not right. I hope instead of talking she would do some thing for them. she is talking to the wrong audience.
