What is a snow chase - when you live in a city that has not seen snow in the 52 years of your life chasing the elusive snow flurry on the nearby hills is an adventure. It was only the second time that my kids had seen snow, and the first time falling. Snow does not fall at sea level where I live, but the nearby southern highlands at 600-700m ( 2000ft) is high enough to see snow once every 1- 3 years.

  • This is pretty cool!

  • Don't know what it is about snow, but it seems to bring out the kid in all of us, especially at this time of year - enjoyed watching yours. =] Two snows in 52 years? No wonder the elusive flurry chase! Completely understand, since moving to Texas from Ohio. I miss snow ... 5/5 stars, and Merry Christmas to you and your lovely family.
