Siri on Ipad 1 (Fixes gsc.ipad conflict)

I believe I am the first person to figure this out, which makes me happy :D
This bypasses the gsc.ipad conflict that occurs when you try to install Spire on iPad,

To get iFile just add the insanelyi repo and look for iFile

Changing the plist value to false also makes the Side Switch setting disappear in settings under general.
