Listen my friend, this is the truth: What people find beautiful tends to follow the wealthy and powerful. Today, the Europeans are the wealthy and powerful---they rule the world, and have done for the past few centuries, culminating in unprecedented power in the last 100 years. & they r "beautiful"
In parts of the world, the invading Mongols (also called Moguls) ruled, and in such parts of the world, it was beautiful to have slanted eyes; no time to explain more. Good luck

@DontPublicMe To u beauty is fair skin, flowing shiny hair, and jewels, etc. to me its that including your personality, altitude, politeness, humble, and all that defines a beautiful heart. Beautiful is just another word made up by another human being as an example to let people know what beauty is because the true definition of beauty is beyond ones perception.

Hey idiots, this was uploaded to laugh..not to argue / fight about that commercial... you just lookin at the bad side of the commercial to made it worst.. maybe it didnt made you laugh too much...coz you didnt understand what was say in the commercial.. you just try to understand it by watching...we have different way of appreciating things.. i didnt see any scene in the commercial that might get offend other people/country.

My definition or your definition don't matter.
THE definition, the one that holds sway all over the world, and down history, and up into the future, DOES matter: beauty IS defined as fair skin, flowing shiny hair, and jewel eyes.
Many of us---even 'white' people with all those features of beauty--wish it was not true, as a result of a good heart that wants justice and equality for dark people. But the truth won't change: dark is ugly; fair is beautiful.
Case closed.

Keep telling yourself that. Dark skinned people have always been telling themselves that. "Black is beautiful! Black is beautiful!" It's like they are hoping that saying it over and over again, will make it come true.

the basketball one was the funniest, but the dark baby skin lightening cream was just wrong on so many levels. As a filipina it is embarrasing that such a mind frame of "lighter skin equals beauty" exists among Filipinos. No wonder why Filipinos are not as recognized as much as we should be, it's because we are too busy trying to be something or someone else.
