@lukinhasbu I know its a YEAR OLD comment but. NO PROFESSIONAL will shoot at legs or hands WHY? Because there is very high probability of missing the target and if shooting is needed then its shoot to kill not wounding and making the enemy mad. EVERY force from normal police officers to special forces are trained to shoot the center of mass. Stop watching movies they are not a good indication of reality.
