No restless style is not real, but George is a stylist in real life. I don't know any special info, I just got this all from watching the show. If you notice, whenever there is a restless style photoshoot, ex. Katherine as Queen Elizabeth, George is on that episode. He is on the episodes because he comes up with the ideas on the show they use for the fake restless style magazine and then he explains the concept on the restless style website featuring the pictures from the shoot.

His name is George and he is a stylist in real life. He does guest spots during all of the restless style photoshoots on the show and does the restless style website.

Does anyone know who the guy is talking in the beginning. He was the guy who took the pictures on the show. And why did they take so many different types of photos--they didn't use them all, but I have to say they are really a very lovely tv couple. The pictures are very pretty.
