SEGA Rally (Revo) & SEGA Racing Studio (SRS) Tribute

This is a Tribute to SEGA Rally (Revo) and the SEGA Racing Studio - SRS under the leadership of Guy Wilday, producer of the Colin McRae Rally series.

SEGA closed that potential studio down and we want to thank Guy and his SRS Team for their excellent job!

Creating SRS was the ONE good decision Sega has had since the Sammy merger. Then SRS is gone like that, before even getting the opportunity to make a new Datona, Hang-On, OutRun, Touring Car, or Scud Race title. Sega Rally Revo was excellent...the most exciting, fun, pure racing game of this generation. It was old school arcade driving, and nothing else. I don't understand why Sega seems so intent on destroying its own past.

Ah, I shake my head in thought of what could have been. Its all over for SRS after one game. So sad. Sega Rally Revo was a great achievement and they should be proud of their efforts. My favorite racing game of 2007 by far.

Oh and nice touch with the Sega Touring Car special stage music in this video. I love that track and the game it comes from too. Congratulations guys on making a more than worthy addition to the Sega Rally franchise.
