It may be back it is usually on the 1/4 hour. Take 1 second photos and you will finally see it, I have seen this and regular video does not do justice. It is much like the carolton Ga video. Put the camera on manual lowest f stop and highest asa. put on continuous and get use to your camera angle you will see it finally.

It's definitely an Unidentified Flying Object, it is clearly unidentifiable, not a plane, not a star, not a blimp, but could it be HOLOGRAPHIC?????????????
It could be government technology?

Its not even close to a blimp. Note the streaking specks of light emited from it.
Zoom in on it and you'll see a lot more things too.
It is a UFO.
