'- can't get the full flush to work' - Siphons work by pulling a head of water over an internal dam, then it 'siphons' the water out of the tank, much like using a tube to drain fuel from a car tank or any other liquid. If it did'nt work it is either the wrong height (they come in 4 sizes) or the handle is positioned incorrectly so you are not getting enough lift, not the products fault.

I fitted one of these today - can't get the full flush to work. Off to get my money back and buy a proper one.
