Quintessence Saxophone Quintet plays Händel: Music for the Royal Fireworks

The Queen of Instruments meets the Saxophone, "King of Jazz".

Recorded on the 5th September, 2008 in Lippstadt, Germany. This is an excerpt from an interesting experiment we accomplished with Harduin Boeven. Following up on numerous comments like: "Hey, you really sound like a church organ!", we decided to collaborate with an interested organist and perform regular concerts. In 2008 we recorded the concert on CD and filmed a few excerpts for our audiences around the world. The CD "Organic" can be ordered immediately from our website. It's a real treasure!
