This is beautiful! You are really amazing. I am just echoing what everyone else already said, but I was totally wanting to bust out my hoop while watching this. Is it just me or does anyone one else start involuntarily start moving in their chair while watching hoop vids? It's funny I catch myself all the time sort of dancing to the beat, like my body wants to hoop automatically! Funny!

Okay, this is the third time I've watched this video, and I could easily watch six more minutes of it. I think I love this one so much, because you can see the transition from the beginning of the song to getting into the flow. I also love it when you nail a trick and smile extra big. :)

it's too cold in NJ to hoop outside, so i'm putting all of my furniture on casters so i can wheel it out of the way and have a small-but better than no-place to hoop in the winter. just an idea... i started hooping about 4 months ago and have made some interesting changes because of it, like always wearing a tank top under my shirt, just in case i want to hoop, never leaving the house without filling my trunk up with hoops and putting all my furniture on casters!!?? who would have thought?
