Scots are the best among British people, and British people are the best among europeans. I've been all across europe, the only decent people there are scots.

It is the same at a lot of places. Like so many have said before, they and the Spanish really are more publicly vocal than polite English and shy Scots. But Scots can be riled, don't get me wrong.
