How soon till somebody really gets hurt? Liability through the roof.

You will need strong safety rules to ensure your employees and your patrons do not get hurt and that will probably involve a search for concealed weapons and drugs upon entering the park. The park will need to be enclosed. You would do well to have part of the park designated to gift shops and restaurants that has a view of the ongoing action but at the same time is itself off limits to the game, for those interested in taking it easy a while. A zombie movie theatre would do well.

granted it seems like youll need to rebuild the structures a bit or at least give them better support but im betting u knew that then you just need to make it no longer look new which is actualy really easy
