@Hessnel How would you blur spastic parts of the picture, say if you were editing the color of an animal's fur, giving it highlights? How would you blend it in a bit?

@badjoj015 What do you mean? Do you mean the wig? Or do you mean painting a color in pixlr?

@Hessnel #OMG sorry for the typo, I meant "blur" not blue. I'm just asking if you know how to blur a picture in pixlr, do u?

@badjoj015 No problem.
You go to Filter>Blur, and click blur as many times as you need to until it looks the way you want it to.
If you think you've added too many blurs, you can either use the History panel which you can use to go back to the step you want to, or you can go to Edit>Undo, and click as many times as needed.
