The oil sourses and coal, gold , diamonds are national treasure TOO, but most of them belong to OLIGARHS unfortunately, it is easier to demand or to keep the property of dead people, there is no with whom you could fight , are not ? If to follow your logic, all national treasure and resourses , like gass, petrol, oil, wood, coal, should belong to a STATE. But the double politic, foxy and not true......
