Sydney dust storm 23-09-2009.....The day I woke up on Mars....

Check out the effects of the dust storm this morning.... This is the first dust storm Sydney has seen and it stretched from Woolongong to Coffs Harbour!!.... I woke up and everything was a reddish orange!.... As I haven't got work this morning, I thought I'd put this up so you can see what it looks like outside my apartment in Bondi Junction!... apologies for the editing it took me about 20 mins :-)

i remember waking up early that morning at sunrise and as the sun was rising i look over to the east and it looked bright volcanic red, very freaky, i was convinced it was dooms day time, so what does 1 do?, well i just get dressed jump in the car and drive off to work, all confused as fuck just like every other sydneysider was.

i went to brisbane on the 23 of september from new zealand and we saw the sandstorm from above. we stayed in the air for ages coz it gets into the engine and stuffs everything up. it was amazing.
