@Jakobguldager How was it? :)

@theUFCfan101 1 lb of fat = 3500 calories, therefore 100 lbs = 350,000 calories. Assuming your starting weight of 340 lbs never changes, you would burn 6750 calories/marathon (26.2 miles). You would have to run the equivalent of 52 marathons to lose 100 lbs. (actually less since as your starting weight decreases you'll burn less calories).

He is a Physical Therapist, therefore an expert in biomechanics. He is not an exercise physiologist or a registered dietician. I've looked over his videos and like some of the novel exercises, but his nutrition and supplement info BS. Specifically, he has a mixture of supplements. It's well known in the literature that caffeine inhibit the beneficial effects of creatine, but he has them both in his preworkout supplement mixture.

@theUFCfan101 yea athlean-x is for gaining muscle and burning fat. its a win win type work out. but my guess is you will have to stick with it longer than 90 days to drop 100 pounds. especially if you want to keep it off.

Athlean x IS amazing I agree. But to be fair p90x is Not an "hour and a half 7 days a week" there is ONE workout that is an hour and a half while most fall between 45 mins to an hour. It's 6 days a week with the 7th day optional. And that is a stretch workout. You should be more fair in you comparison. I would agree Athlean X is better but don't miss lead others about p90x. P90x includes long warm ups that can be skipped bringing workouts down to 40-45 mins. Jeff is a smart dude with great work
