  • I am a red belt and I do not take Taekwondo at all, but seeing Liz doing her kicks might need some more practice. She keeps crashing into the bag when she turns around, not having her arms guarding her body, and she is not looking at the target. But what I really do like is the energy she is showing. Just keep on trying Liz.

  • thats some really bad form

  • even then shes still got a better sense of direction than me

  • omg liz. I go to the same school as her and she is so nice and sweet.

  • i want to do that im a blue belt up to taegeuk 6 pattern

  • chuck norri's daughter

  • she should spin more on her heel and then bend over more so the kick goes higher. She seems to be coming in too close for the distance he is traveling.

  • nice kick
