Racism is to draw distinctions based on race. It doesn't matter what you're saying, if you're identifying people by the color of their skin, it's racism.

So really, any conversation about distinctions of race, or referring to groups of people by race, addressing people based on race, is all racist.

Lack of racism isn't about "compensation", or whatever, like all-black organizations or schools. It's about not legally barring or allowing anyone anything based on race

it is not racist at all to my point of view.. whites should have never been so.. hmm how do i say it? selfish.. with their economy.
