'Ask Dr. Mona': Does Low Blood Pressure And Low Iron Cause Heavy Sleeping?
I am 23 years old(male) and I weigh somewhere between 95 and 100 lbs. I have never weighed over 100 lbs. I was curious if I should possibly see a doctor over this. I am always tired no matter how much sleep I get And was told by a friend that low blood pressure and iron may cause this.

Check out this video for Dr. Mona's answer!

  • @Spaceman00Spiff Hey

    I'm 14 and 5'11 and I'm only 105lbs

  • Ah yes 4 ft 11.5 and 90-95 pounds. Haven't reached over 100 pounds yet. I can relate to that. Don't feel bad. I'm 24 years old and female obviously. Lol. Lol

  • I gotta go get blood drawn tomorrow for high blood pressure :( I was 132/68 which isn't too high, but still high.

  • ah yes...110-115 pounds, 5'0", and 17 years old. I feel like I am of the walking dead.

  • @peanuts447

I used to be in your situation dude

don't worry when you hit the age 18-20

your metabolism will not shut off

    but

    you will gain more pounds

just don't care/worry about it right now

  • I'm 5'9" and range from 100 lbs to 110 lbs... yea its fucked my weight jumps around daily. I've got a bad case of OCD/Tourrettes which makes it really hard for me to eat. I can can only eat hand foods and I want to know what healthy, hand-foods I should eat to gain some serious weight and I already take ensure (meal supplement).

  • Yeah im 6 feet 115 pounds. I hate it when people say that they are underweight when they are 6 feet 150 pounds. They are normal.

  • @Makron5 Bullshit. I'm 15 y.o. 5'10" and only 122 pounds (and no I'm not anorexic). It's not as easy as you think. I have a high metabolism so even if I overeat, I don't gain any weight. Believe me, gaining weight can be just as hard as losing it. Maybe not for you but for people like me, hellz yeah.

  • I could fix the problem of being underweight super easy. It's just being overweight that I have a problem with :/

  • am 5'10 and weigh 143 pounds currently.. not underweight as u see but 24 hours ago my legs collapsed all of a sudden.. not that i was ill or anything.. then i suffered from seizures all night long, then the whole body ached so much! by the time i consulted a doc earlier i was feeling a bit better but she did check my blood pressure like 5 times and she gave me some vitamin tablets for a month and some other tablets for 5 days.. and yeah just 22.. this was my first case of this sort..
