We had a guy like it came to our Dojo and amazingly kept trying to correct Our Sensei...Errrr wrong bad idea as he discovered he went home in a bad way i can imagine he was aching the next day after being thrown repetetively for the whole duration of the lesson.
But some people jammed in pilot mode never learn and some just never shut up. Until someone shuts them up.Sad really.
Sensei Chiba is sharing his great wisdom and knowledge and you get fools who dont have a clue

He'd still win. Why do you think the opponents cooperate? If they don't cooperate (roll with the attack, etc) they really get messed up.

Go to the nearest Aikido dojo, try to resist and do "real" attacks and see what the instructor does. Please.

No you take ukemi because there's nothing else to be done. There is no "making tori look good" if tori doesn't do the technique correctly you keep your posture.
In Aikido you face Aikidoka. So uke uses Aikido to keep their posture as much as tori uses Aikido to try and throw uke.
There are times when I'm training with really senior people (3rd/4th dans) where uke might only take ukemi one out of three or four times because I'm not doing the technique correctly.
