That's an awful a lot of time and effort for something that takes only a minute. Definitely wouldn't recommend it if you absolutely don't need to use it, but that's just me.

It will Hurt IF you don't relax. I never have pap smear but was being set up for one in few month. I'm only a 26 virgin but me being ill for few year is worth it to make sure. Scary but I hope it don't hurt either
