I was so happy when I saw Scorsese's #2 pick as The Thin Red Line. I thought I was the only one who loved this movie, now I feel happy that I'm not alone!
-
I would've included "A Bronx Tale," "Casino," and "Pulp Fiction."

@ThePhantom135. Man, that would've been great. An expert and an amazing writer.

My top 90s films (though it changes occasionally):
1. Forrest Gump
2. Pulp Fiction
3. Fargo
4. LA Confidential
5. Good Will Hunting
PS: It's so cool to see Scorsese and Ebert discussing films. If Scorsese retired from film directing, I could easily see him being Siskel's replacement. Wouldn't that be awesome?

Eyes wide shut is an utterly amazing movie, it would be considered a masterpiece if not for the Tom cruise backlash that was starting at the time

Eyes Wide Shut, an incredible underated movie. Pulp Fiction a good but overated film, But i cant believe Shawshank or American Beauty wasnt in the list. Im happy The Thin Red Line made it.

@Maverick31031987 Memento is a 2000 film. Great film though i love all your picks besides Pulp Fiction.
-
1. Trainspotting
2. Pulp Fiction
3. Memento
4. American Beauty
5. Fight Club

Must be interesting to have one of the most reputable critics praise your interest right in front of you. Good Ol' Scorsesse.

My top 5
1. Pulp Fiction
2. Seven
3. LA Confidential
4. Fight Club
5. The Insider
It's a shame that "Matrix 2" and "Matrix 3" (as Quentin Tarantino recognizes) ruined the legacy, somewhat of the original "Matrix".
