How to make videos upload faster!

Please don't bug me if it doessn't work for you, I've only tested it twice myself.
The link to download the software shown in the movie is http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder
If you don't get on well with this particular encoder, search google for 'Free FLV Encoder' and see what you can come up with, and maybe post your suggestions here. Also, I hear DVDVideoSoft do one too.

@matijashero2012 yeah,really,WTF!?!?!? but I think I have a sollution(kinda),so:
1.right-click on the bottom of the screen and choose ''Start Task Manager''
2.go to ''Applications'' at the top left part of the window
3.right-click the program with which you want to upload the video and choose ''Go To Process'' at the bottom
4.right-click the highlighted text and go to ''Set Priority'' and choose whichever one you want(I usually go with high)

Mine take 986 minutes for a 1GB video 9 minute video WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!

my net is usually really fast but my 6 and a half minute video takes over 1000 minutes to upload...fuck MY life
