Brett Favre TD pass to Sidney Rice

CHICAGO(AP) Brett Favre cranked up and made one more impossible throw, zinging a touchdown pass in the fading seconds. Too bad for the Minnesota Vikings, that merely put them into overtime.

Once again, they came up short. And the way Favre sees it, they're headed to an early playoff exit.

After Favre's stunning, fourth-down pass to Sidney Rice with 16 seconds left in regulation, Cutler threw the game-winner with just over 9 minutes left in overtime to prevent the Vikings (11-4) from locking up a first-round playoff bye.

i dont care what people say favre was one of the best qbs ever and he did alot for the packers and it wasnt all his falt that the vikes didnt go to the superbowl he he dosent make the drama the media does the media makes it sound so bad but its favres choice wheather he wants to say iam retiring im coming back the media just eats that up and he dosent deserve all this shit that hes been getting he was awesome and should be respected like all of you would want to be if you were a mvp quarterback

That pass sealed my FFB title last year. The ONLY way for me to win was a TD pass from Favre to Rice. It happened and the rest is history.

This would have been the funnest game of all time had AP not lost it in OT. Favre running around like a jackass in a meaningless game in the snow late in the season...loved it.
