wait just a minute.... You're supposed to visualize 2 full star tetrahedrons and each one is counter rotating? I thought it was one star tetrahedron and the top and bottom counter rotated.

@Allicient your right this video is not there is one pointing up spinnong one way and another pointing down spinning the opposite together they create a portal and that portal opens what you see on the outside of yourself this is not correct you should do a lot more research the ratio numbers are correct but the number of startetras is wrong there is not 3 there is not even 2 it's 1 star tetrahedron and the UNICURSAL HEXAGRAM is the polarity if this MER-KA-BA

ummmm i beliieeeeve the ratio breath is the 15th breath. 16th breath im pretty sure is 2/3 speed of light and 17th is 9/10 the speed of light. thats just how it is in the ancient secret of the flower of life vol II book. there might be other (honest) ways that are taught elsewhere.
