It never occurred to me before; Germany's current cultural output is best represented by "Rammstein" and that says little; where is the Germany of Bismarck and all the progress he represented?

He is full of it. There were other people than Jewish, who perished in Nazi concentration camps. Not only in Germany but also in Soviet Union.
By the way Israel was created by WW2.
