Keeping the Dixiecrat tradition alive and well.
-
When was he cheering for her?
-
Nope... she was simply asking his opinion of the candidate before she dropped out and after she dropped out.
-
What the reporter was transparently trying to do was to get Steele to say anything that would back the reporters preconceived notion of tyrannical and overbearing National Party power structure that appoints candidates at every level.
The reporter was wrong or very misinformed and so are you. Steele steadfastly pointed out that the Republican Party doesn't work that way, try the Dems. We live in a Republic and are governed consensually by representatives chosen by consensus of those governed.
-
I remember when Limbaugh said that Steele was eminently qualified to chair the RNC. Not surprisingly, dittoheads repeated this endorsement ad nauseam...
Then Steele spoke his mind.

steele is a clown....he is a mental midget like palin....he can't even think his way through basic questions

You're funny and you're still not getting it.... Hello? EVERYONE knows that this is local politics. The sky is blue too, Duh.
However what the reporter was trying to get to was HIS OPINION based on his previous statements and endorsement. Steele's refusal to acknowlege that is insulting.
-
So Steele was right.
All politics are local, and local politics even more so.
Are you still trying to justify your own distaste of these events by pointing out that Steele wasn't more vitriolic in his summary of the election? Acid has no friends. A lesson you are sure to benefit from.

LOL Please rewatch the clip, apparently you have no idea what the question was about.
Steele did give his opinion and supported on the candidate before she dropped out.
Sour grapes? huh? Do you know what that phrase means?...
Not that it matters to my point, but Hoffman lost today BTW...
Clearly the district prefers someone who is more moderate and actually understands the local issues.
Hoffman was a joke.

Waaa waaaa waaaa
Not my problem you didn't hear what you wanted to hear. Clear the wax from your ears. Steele clearly said he does not feel local politics merit national manipulations. As the Republican Nat Chair he lent verbal support for a Republican candidate so as not to denigrate the party.
Take your sour grapes and go make wine elsewhere.
Dodging questions like bullets.

Let's get rid of primaries. We need to tear down the two party system. The elites love it because the two party system elects elites.
