I agree! Over a piece of paper thrown out the window. Just write a refferal instead. A bus driver should NEVER EVER hit a student with a belt.

Whether or not you support corporal punishment, there are RULES and PROCEDURES in those places that use it. A bus driver has zero right to be judge jury and executioner. This violates parental consent. Pro corp pun ppl should be outraged.
It's crap like this which makes people ban corporal punishment entirely.
IE you're going to spank a kid because all the other ones are pointing the finger at someone? What if they were lying to cover themselves--happens all the time in schools.

You know what? No, no matter WHAT you do NOT hit a kid. ESPECIALLY for throwing something out of the window. No, he shouldn't of been SUSPENDED, he should of had a real PUNISHMENT like, maybe, jail?
