"A Quality Teacher ..." excerpt

Videosyncracy produced a video for the California Department of Education called "A Quality Teacher for Every Child." The purpose of the video was to explain and promote a new system of high-quality professional development for K-12 teachers throughout the state. Comments were made by educators, children, and others about the need for well-qualified teachers in every classroom, regardless of the location or size of the school. This video is an excerpt from that program.
