Yes that is so true, that is the only reason i am mad at Slobodan Milosevic is because he didnt finish what he started. same as in Bosnia and Croatia his JNA worked slow...That is the only crime is that we didnt exterminate all of them its not because they are a strong offensive but because usa,eu,nato etc. got involved and stopped us. if not albania would be history....
and the balkans would finally be in peace.
