  • @jayrod105 --Too bad you had to get 'fired' to find happiness. Glad to hear you are doing better...I have been trying to figure out why i've felt stuck and depressed...am thinking maybe a lot more of it has to do with the bully boss than other things...luckily, we have a number of sites in the area, and different departments. I'm just planning to get out of her dept ASAP...in the meanwhile, play the game.

  • @Hawaiiansky11 Yeah good luck. Id advise you to speak up. No one needs to be treated that way

  • @jayrod105 Sad. I was just thinking today - I haven't always been this way. I used to be happier, less stressed out and irritable, more productive, positive, friendly; and now I'm fearful, distrustful of others, bordering on paranoia, shy, sad, and have numerous GI issues. All because of one evil witch of a supervisor.

  • Unfortunately a lot of books say we may have no choice but to quit, but I disagree. We need to fight back.

  • How can I see this whole presentation?

  • Completely agree with this. I worked for a company that makes chemotherapy and my supervisor was a very nasty young man. Because I was 2IC I didnt want to go to the boss and seem like we werent getting along. Eventually after a year I became permanently angry and depressed and I let the good salary keep me in a position that was affecting my life very negatively. Eventually on a Friday afternoon my boss dragged me in to his office and fired me. It was a blessing in disguise as i am happy now.
