OK, I LOL'd. Well done.
But the original was very cute and innocent, and not creepy. Rather touching actually in this age of too-busy-for-family-time families. It's cool when parents choose to make their children feel valuable by spending innocent time w/ them.

Music is everything. You have successfully created an unsettling mood. However, since this music would not have aired with this commercial I cannot say that this commercial is inherently "creepy", only that you have made it so by manipulating it.
