TUPAC SHAKUR 35TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN THE WORKS

Tupac Shakur would have turned 35 on June 16th and in honor of the slain rapper's birthday, his family and friends are planning a benefit bash in Las Vegas. The rapper's step-brother Mopreme Shakur explained that the proceeds from the event would benefit Dr. Mutula Shakur's legal defense. He said, "Organizing a benefit slash birthday party at the Aladdin, June 16th, Las Vegas. Thug Life, me and Big Syke, Outlawz, trying to get the Federation involved, you know what I mean? Trying to raise money to help my father's case, Dr. Mutula Shakur, you know what I'm sayin'? For all the political prisoners, you know what I'm sayin', we still trying to do it."
