What I witnessed here was an honest discussion from nice, open hearted guys who are looking to form relationships instead of just nailing someone.

I don't think these guys in the video are trying to sound cocky, and obviously they aren't models. They are just trying to say that self confidence is the most imporant thing when approaching anyone, man or woman, and that shouldn't let others validate who you are.

if you wanna get comfortable with women u can try my method. Everytime I go into a club, I approach half of the women there. Sure I get a fuckin' lots of rejections, but there is a huge chance, somebody gonna like to talk/dance/drink with me. If you are one of the guys, who talk to only one woman, fail and then just go home. You're doing it wrong!
It doesn't matter if you fail, that's the only way you gotta learn from it! You can then ask yoself "what did i do wrong" and then try to do better!
