@worldrunner Absolutely agree with you. Continue a normal life, as possible. feed the most appropiate natural way, (very natural. let's even say, alternative way.) I have brain cancer, (2 gliomas, level ll and lll) I went throu surgery in 2003, (in Galveston Tx.) Clinically I had died two times. After surgery they told me 3 to six months. With faith, I put my life in the Almighty desicion and here I am.

Prayers from a disabled housewife in central Iowa who lost her mother in 2006 to a combination of severe Alzheimers, mini strokes, a single major stroke, seizures, a broken hip and other issues. While my dad was alive, he did a good job of covering for her but he didn't know what was wrong either. We lost him in '96 so after 2 years, my sisters and I realized what she had was alzheimers much more than hearing loss. She didn't call me or my boys by name her final 5 years. So incredibly sad.

Glen, I just came back from the Alzheimer's Associations International Conference -- research may soon find something to hold off the progression of this horrendous disease. (My mother was an everyday housewife who gave up the good life for me, and then had dementia slowly take her life, but not her love, away.) You are doing the right things if you are eating right, continue physical activity, and keep in social groups with the people you love. Don't forget to sleep. People are praying 4 u!

Glen Campbell did wonderful show 7-23-11, Mission Viejo, CA. said he's 75 and forgets things now. Music and voice sounded GREAT. 2 daughters w/ beautiful vocals. had 3 sons in band. played favorite songs including duet w/ daughter did Jackson by Johnny/June Cash. Gentle on my Mind, Wichita Line Man,S.Nights, Rhinestone Cowboy, ...Phoenix, Country Boy, Hank Williams Sr …, Rolling In My Sweet Baby’s Arms, Dueling Banjos w/ dtr Ashley, Elvis song, Righteous Bros.’ Song.
