Dumfries & Cumbria Greyhound Rescues Annual Christmas Show. Raising awareness and money for retired racing Greyhounds, and having alot of Christmassy fun into the bargain!

I visit the website of the Ottawa Humane Society. I cant have a dog but like to look. A friend took me to see the new shelter. I met Willow a Greyhound Lab mix. I AM IN LOVE. I hope she gets the best home. She heart and eyes of my late border collie.

If you are thinking of getting a dog please consider adopting a greyhound, I will never have any other dog...we love our Katie to bits, best thing we ever did after getting married was to adopt Ms Katie...

For whatever time he was with you he was shown a love supreme.The heart could no longer respond from the hell he endured while at the hands pf the heartless, soulless basdards that are in that bloody buisness.
A minute an hour may be a lifetime to one that has never known love.

i'd sent you a message,dont know if you got it.Good work,another nice vid of all the lovely greys.Was very upset to hear about Darcy,he was a brilliant boy and me and hubby were very tempted to take him home after the show,but with two greys and two young kids,Al thought it might not be a good idea.

Fantastic, this was our first Christmas Show and Honey & Shiloh had so much fun meeting all the other greys.

Very, very sadly I have to announce that Darcy, the young dog who won the Championship in this video, died very suddenly today while out for a walk.
To die so soon after finishing (and surviving) a racing career seems very cruel. He was a lovely, happy, friendly boy, and I hope he's still like that wherever he is now . . .
