I feel so sorry for you!! It's already hard enough to have to stay up and studying and 3 am! Next time you see that guy there tell him something before he even sits to "study".

I don't get it why people who aren't really going to study go to the study room. For that reason is why I prefer staying in my room and studying there, so I can be alone and nobody will bother me... 'cause otherwise, if I went somewhere with other people, there would always be the one like that
