  • I remember my grandpa adding Fiber to his cereal for breakfast. I remember sneaking into the bottle and eating it by the spoonful:) Today, eating fresh fruits and vegetables instead of processed foods allows me to remain regular and happy. Thanks for a great video on a touchy subject.
