It's clearly stated "PC MANUFACTURERS".

What an earth have "easy to use", "virus problems" to do with the PC hardware that actually comes from the manufacturers?
What has the support for a OS to do with it?

They keep on mixing Hardware and Software together to keep their customers stupid, obviously.

I use a PC and I think my graphics card is very easy to use.

Actually I use Linux on that PC and for me it is easy to use and there are no virus problems.
Ad Fail.

Better support? Great. I'll throw away my Windows-native applications and games to buy their mac-ported versions - if they exist.
Support? No need. I have the ability to tinker my PC and OS as I need or fancy.
What about that kind of costumber experience, or about the number of Windows vs. mac users? So much for research, suckers.
The point is I enjoy my OS but I don't preach the Good News about it and why you should convert.
We all have the freedom to be different... or not.

Well ofcourse, in the end you make your own choice. Dont want a Mac? Then you probably wont buy one..

But i agree, it's pretty annoying with preaching people everywhere telling me what to buy and what to believe.

stop complaining about little details, it's the point of the ad that matters: Apple offers better customer support than Microsoft. You can complain about the meaning of PC all you want, you are still missing the point.

I have only used PCs with Windows but I've taken a look at mac and linux. My conclusion: people stick to what they like, and I like Windows as bad or as good as it is. And these videos don't show screenshots or anything that proves why mac is supposedly so cool. All they show is Windows users are fat and uncool as opposed to, of course, mac users. But if you're looking at them you probl'y are a proud mac user who thinks him/herself as "different" as every other mac user. Enjoy.

They didn't say that windows users are fat and uncool, the person in this video represents a PC - not a Windows user.
So they show that Windows is fat and uncool. : )

Yeah, it's true that macs are pcs. The add might as well say "Hi, I'm a rectangle, and I'm a square". the difference is between a mac, and all other computers. if you use a mac, and then use a different computer, than you'll see that everything said in the commercials is true. get past the details, and things make sense.

ps, there are many differences between steve jobs and bill gates.
